Commercial Vendors

Showcase your business at the 2026 Calhoun County Fair!

Commercial and shopping vendors are invited to bring their merchandise, products and specialty items to the fair Oct. 13–17. Vendor spaces are outdoors and may be reserved for individual days or for the entire fair.

Vendor Space & Fees

Booth size: 10 feet by 10 feet
Daily rate: $40 per day
Full fair: $150, Tuesday through Saturday
Application deadline: Sunday, Oct. 4

Power is not available for commercial vendor spaces. Vendors should provide their own tables and chairs if needed and may use a covered tent for shade.

Setup Information

Tuesday: Noon–4 p.m. for vendors whose setup will remain throughout the fair
Wednesday–Friday: 3–4 p.m. for daily vendors
Saturday: 9–10 a.m.

Booth assignments will be provided by the Fair Association and cannot be requested.
