Serve up your favorites at the 2026 Calhoun County Fair!
Food vendors are invited to join us Oct. 13–17 for five days of fair fun. To provide fairgoers with a variety of food choices, menu selections are reviewed and approved as applications are received.
Vendor Fees
For-profit vendors: $600 for two primary menu items
Additional menu items: $400
Nonprofit organizations: $300 for two primary menu items
Menu selections are considered on a first-come, first-served basis, and no more than two vendors will be approved to sell the same item or category. All fees are nonrefundable.
Electricity
Electricity is available for an additional fee:
50 amp: $300
30 amp: $200
110: $100
Application Deadline
Completed applications and all required supporting documentation must be submitted by 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026.
The application requires a menu/product list, diagram or photo of your setup and proof of insurance. Supporting documents should be emailed to vendors@calhouncountyfair.com.
Important Food Vendor Requirements
Food vendors must obtain a Texas Food Sales Permit before opening for business at the fair. A copy must be provided to the Calhoun County Fair Association before opening day.
Vendors must also carry at least $1 million in general liability insurance and provide the required certificate naming the Calhoun County Fair Association as an additional insured. Vendors who do not provide their own qualifying coverage may pay $100 for coverage secured through the Fair Association.
